What Are Notary, Stamp & Attestation Services?
Notarization, stamp duty, and document attestation are foundational legal requirements in India for validating personal, commercial, and legal documents — ensuring they carry evidentiary value before judicial and government authorities. A document that is under-stamped, un-notarized, or improperly attested can be refused by a court, a registrar, an embassy, or a visa office, stalling transactions at precisely the moment timing matters most.
We manage the entire chain end to end: procuring correct-value stamp papers, arranging e-stamping and franking, securing notarization by a Notary Public, and driving documents through SDM, HRD, and MEA attestation or Hague Apostille for overseas use. Whether you are executing a power of attorney, filing an affidavit before a court, closing a commercial agreement, or legalising certificates for a visa or foreign business setup, we ensure each instrument is valid for its exact purpose — the first time.

What We Handle
Notarization by Notary Public
Certification of affidavits, powers of attorney, commercial agreements, and declarations by a Notary Public appointed under the Notaries Act, 1952 — verifying the authenticity of signatures and the identity of the parties involved.
Stamp Duty Compliance
Accurate assessment and payment of stamp duty on every instrument under the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and the respective state stamp acts, so your document is never under-stamped, impounded, or ruled inadmissible under Section 35.
E-Stamping & Franking
Tamper-proof e-stamp certificates through the secure SHCIL portal and franking via authorized banking channels — the modern, swift replacement for physical stamp paper in most Indian states.
International Attestation & Apostille
Multi-tier legalisation for documents headed abroad: SDM or HRD authentication followed by MEA attestation or a Hague Convention Apostille for visas, overseas study, and foreign business setup.
What You Provide
How Notarization & Attestation Works
We begin by identifying the exact legal treatment your document needs — the correct stamp duty, whether notarization is mandatory, and the precise attestation chain for its destination — then execute each step so nothing is rejected downstream.
1Step 1: Assessment & Duty Determination
We classify the document (personal, educational, commercial), confirm its state of issue and its destination, and calculate the exact stamp duty and attestation path applicable — eliminating the guesswork that causes rejections.
2Step 2: Stamping, E-Stamping or Franking
We procure the correct-denomination non-judicial stamp paper, generate an e-stamp certificate via SHCIL, or arrange franking through an authorized bank, exactly as the applicable state stamp act requires.
3Step 3: Notarization & State Attestation
The instrument is executed and notarized by a Notary Public. For documents bound abroad, we secure SDM attestation for personal papers or State HRD attestation for educational certificates.
4Step 4: MEA Attestation / Apostille & Dispatch
After state-level clearance, we submit to the Ministry of External Affairs for the Apostille sticker or attestation stamp, then courier the finalised documents securely to you or the receiving authority.
Notarization is typically completed the same day, and e-stamping or franking within hours. SDM attestation runs 1–3 working days and MEA Apostille 3–7 working days, with the full overseas chain usually closing in 7–15 working days depending on document type and state.

Statutory Frameworks We Navigate
The Notaries Act, 1952
Notarization must be performed by a Notary Public duly appointed under this Act. Affidavits, powers of attorney, and agreements requiring notarization carry no legal weight if certified by an unauthorised person — we work only through properly commissioned notaries.
Indian Stamp Act, 1899 & State Acts
Stamp duty is a state subject, so rates differ across jurisdictions. Under-stamped instruments are inadmissible as evidence and liable to be impounded under Section 35 — we compute and pay the correct duty for your document type and state.
E-Stamping, SHCIL & Franking
The Stock Holding Corporation of India (SHCIL) operates the national e-stamping system, and franking is executed through authorised banks. Both are legally recognised alternatives to physical stamp paper in most states, giving a tamper-proof audit trail.
MEA Attestation & Hague Apostille
Documents for overseas use follow a strict chain — SDM or HRD authentication first, then MEA attestation or Apostille under the Hague Convention. Skipping a tier leads to outright rejection by the MEA or the destination embassy.
